"I'd like to think that my generation helped clear the jungle for today's generation. You can now help to pave the way," interjected Marion D'Cruz of Five Arts Centre. The dance veteran, who currently choreographs, produces and also teaches, was responding to Fahmi Reza's call to the youths in the audience.

Moments earlier, Fahmi said: "The earlier generation has toiled selflessly using the arts to seek social justice. They deserve their break now. The torch has to be passed on.

"It is now in our hands."

The light-hearted moment took place during the Art 4 Justice Forum at The Annexe, KL on Saturday. It featured five artists in the panel; joining the two mentioned above were photographer Wong Hoy Cheong, cartoonist Zunar, and Pete Teo, producer of 15Malaysia.

Much was discussed about the climate of fear which blankets our society, to which Pete Teo replied: "If only two people were to respond to my videos, yes, I may be incarcerated. Two thousand, I get a little relief. If two million, we have a voice. We can now talk about shifts."

Art and social justice - all five agree - is not a spectator sport.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
